Pre-Listing Prep
“We were very happy with Austin in helping prepare our home for sale. Very professional, experienced, knowledgeable, on time, attention to detail, quality work and easy to work with. Austin’s quote for services was competitive and he handled all the work promptly and over 2 days. I would recommend you utilize Austin for your pre-listing needs and all handyman type work. He is well connected with other contractors, vendors and can handle a wide range of projects. 5+ stars”
Inspection Repairs
“We recently worked with Austin and his team at Pre-Listing Pros to address an extensive list of items that came up in an inspection objection. Austin made the entire process incredibly smooth by serving as a true one-stop shop — coordinating everything, handling each repair efficiently, and keeping communication clear throughout. Thanks to their thorough work, every concern was addressed, and the transaction reached an agreeable inspection resolution with the buyer. I highly recommend Austin and his team for any pre-listing or inspection-related needs.”
Curb Appeal · Home Upgrades
“We highly recommend Pre-Listing Pros for any home upgrades, whether you’re planning to move or not. We hired Austin to help boost our home’s curb appeal, and he did an amazing job. The cedar accents truly make our house stand out and pair beautifully with our white and black exterior. What we appreciated most was how patient and collaborative Austin was — he worked with us through our uncertainty and helped adjust the plan until it fit our vision perfectly. You will not be disappointed if you hire Austin!”
Greeley · Selling a Home
“I am sure glad I got referred to Austin. I live in Greeley and was selling my home and needed work done. He swapped in GFCI outlets, had to make some cuts in a cupboard so an outlet was safe and cleaned out my dryer vent. Very experienced and knowledgeable. Thank you Austin!”
Fort Collins · Bathroom Remodel
“Austin and the crew at Pre-Listing Pros were awesome to work with for our bathroom remodel in Fort Collins! He helped turn our vision of a peaceful space into reality with experienced input and a quality job throughout. Everyone on the team we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and made the whole process as painless as possible. We look forward to working with them in the future for all those ‘not quite DIY’ level projects.”
Fort Collins · Bathroom Remodel
“Austin did several jobs in our Fort Collins condo, including a substantial remodel of our guest bathroom. He’s a good communicator, easy to work with, and his workmanship is great. He was clear about what he was doing, and why. His pricing was very fair.”
Handyman · Multiple Tasks
“Austin was great at communicating and the job was completed on time. I needed a variety of tasks done (toilet replacement, fan replacement, wall paper removal, vanity install) and he handled it all. I would highly recommend!”
Fort Collins · Dryer Vent Cleaning
“I contacted Austin after another company was trying to charge me a ridiculously high price for a dryer vent cleaning. He was very responsive and able to complete our job for a fraction of the other quote we received. I’d recommend to anyone in Fort Collins.”

Small jobs welcome
“Always timely service, great communication and truly skilled at whatever he does. I’m so glad Austin is putting himself out there in his new handyman business — this is so needed in our area! It will be hard to find something that is too big for him to do but also he is so down to earth enough to do a tiny little 5-10 minute job. Just a helpful, great guy!”
