- Sticking or rubbing interior doors

Two full days for homes with a longer list, deferred maintenance, or an inspection report to work through before listing day.
Often used for things like
- Working through an inspection or pre-inspection list
- Swapping light fixtures, faucets, or hardware
- Front door and entry refresh
- Fence, gate, deck board and railing repairs
- Larger drywall patches and repainting a wall or room
- Exterior touch-ups, screens, and window hardware

If your list needs more time
Sometimes a home needs more than the recommended block. Additional hours are billed at $125 per hour — and you’ll always hear from us before we go past the hours in your package. Nothing gets added to the invoice without your approval.
Who buys the parts?
You do — so you choose exactly what goes in your home. Homeowners purchase their own fixtures and finishes (faucets, light fixtures, hardware). We bring the everyday supplies: caulk, bulbs, filters, weatherstripping and fasteners.
What the hours don’t cover
Work that needs a licensed trade
Anything requiring a licensed specialist — electrical, plumbing, HVAC, window replacement — sits outside the labor block and is estimated separately.
You don’t have to go find that person. We arrange the specialist, coordinate the schedule, and stay your single point of contact from start to finish.
